We cover Lifestyle, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, Lung Function, Waist to Hip Ratio, Body Composition,
Weight, Total Cholesterol, Blood Glucose and Fitness (optional).
This is followed by any advice that is appropriate.
Please note this is not a Martial Arts class. This is an easy to learn system that can keep you safe.
You are taught Body Language, Verbal Communication, Confidence, The Law, as well as easy to
use movements to breakaway and escape your attacker.
Also you learn a specific thought process which alone could keep you out of danger.
